Our process

We have developed an integrated process that allows us to understand the client, their needs and their vision for their company, the team, and the candidate to be hired.

This process is based on a 360 audit which includes, among other things, tests and “mood surveys” and which makes it possible to have an in-depth understanding of the client’s and the desired candidate’s core values.

The other possible stages of a recruitment process:

  • Definition of the research
  • Development of a personalized interview questionnaire
  • Telephone and in-person interviews
  • Candidacy report
  • Interview between the client and the successful candidates
  • Carrying out of psychometric tests
  • Validation of references
  • Post-employment follow-ups
