Who We Are? Nathalie Picard Nathalie Picard, Founder and Strategic Recruitment Specialist Nathalie Picard is a graduate of HEC Montréal, where she obtained a certificate in business creation. With more than twenty (20) years in the corporate sector, in sales and management, she has a rich network and excellent knowledge of the business community. Since 2017, she has dedicated herself to recruitment and has developed a personalized and dedicated approach for her clients. She sets herself apart through her dynamism, her professionalism, her work ethic, and her commitment to her clients and candidates. Nathalie also holds a certification from AtmanCo and regularly participates in training from the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés. An active member of CREW Montréal, she is the director of the association’s Mentoring program specializing in commercial real estate. She also collaborates on projects with Mentorat Québec. Proud mother of an active boy, she is involved in the school board, and participates as a parent volunteer in her region’s minor hockey association. About Cartier Miller
